Why a site enters into sandbox?

Either a new site is fallen into sandbox of google or a site which have newly generated bulk of links is fallen here. Actually sandbox is a phenomenon/process running for 6-7 months.f a higher PR site is gone in sandbox due to second reason, then there are chances of its decline in PR. There seems to be a delay of about 6-8 months. I've checked with many site owners and SEOs and I haven't found anyone who's gotten a brand new domain ranked well in Google.

It is when, google needs to inpect a site,it reaches in the sandbox.Generally 3-4 months to 7-8 months. Google checks whether the site is spam or not.In the mean time, site willbe out of SERP for any particular keyword. After it gets out of sandbox,SERP is again obtained. In case any spamming or black hat techniques,it is banned.

Doorway Pages

Doorway Pages:

Say a keyword is "Acomplia", then doorway page contains all keywords phrases related to acomplia. As acomplia, buy acomplia, purchase acomplia, acomplia online etc. as the content. Such pages don't have any image, any links like sitemap, resources, terms etc.
But the keywords wriiten as the content must contain the links as "Buy acomplia here".

Actually doorway pages are also known as the bridge pages, or jump pages. As they itself contain no info regarding any keyword but the links to informative pages. They act as a bridge between entry page and the info page.

          | -> || -> ||| -> ||||
 Entry page                   Linked pages

Example : Resource pages, sitemap page etc.

Why a site is banned in google?

Why a site is banned in google?

The site’s non inclusion can mean two things

1. Your site may not have been included yet, even though you have submitted an inclusion request, probably due to the Google Sandbox filter. Here it is normal to wait some time before being indexed for the first time as you can’t do anything to speed the process but wait.

2. You have been excluded from Google’s index because of violation of Google’s Quality Guidelines on your site. This can be a real nightmare for any SEO and you will need to take some steps to correct this situation.

Re-inclusion steps to follow

The first step to analyze after you discover that you has been excluded from Google is why. You need to know what violation took place on your site and accordingly correct those mistakes. Check for links to link farms and links with bad neighbours, for doorway pages and keyword stuffing.

After analyzation, contact Google with a re-inclusion request.
Go to Google Sitemaps and from the Tools menu on the right,
select ‘Submit a Reinclusion Request’.
Next, read carefully the instructions and explanations,
fill in the required data and submit your request.

After you submit your inclusion request, there is nothing more you can do than to fix your errors and wait patiently for the answer.

Supplemental Results

Why does google put pages in the Supplemental Results?

3 main reasons
:
1. Duplicate Content - take someone elses content, get sent to Google Hell (Supplemental Results)
2. No Content - create pages with no content (remember the days of directories that would create 1 million pages with only 100 listing?) - empty pages get sent to Google Hell.
3. Orphaned web pages. Pages that no one links to, including yourself.

How to get out.
1. If you stole content - change it.
2. If there's no content - add some.
3. If it's orphaned - link to it.

Remember, once page are sent to the Supplemental Results, they tend not to get revisited. Once you've done your changes, submit a google site map and cross your finders.
If that does not work, try publishing them on new URLs.

What is SEO?

SEO is the short for search engine optimization, the process of increasing the amount of visitors to a Web site by ranking high in the search results of a search engine. The higher a Web site ranks in the results of a search, the greater the chance that that site will be visited by a user. It is common practice for Internet users to not click through pages and pages of search results, so where a site ranks in a search is essential for directing more traffic toward the site.

SEO helps to ensure that a site is accessible to a search engine and improves the chances that the site will be found by the search engine.
